Filcolana Alva – 100% Peruvian Alpaca Light Fingering Yarn

FILCOLANA Alva is a delicate and lightweight 2-ply yarn made from 100% premium Peruvian alpaca. Its fine, pliable structure combines natural warmth, softness and a beautiful subtle lustre, creating light fabrics with an elegant drape.

Thanks to its exceptionally fine construction, Alva is a wonderful alternative to fine mohair when you prefer the smooth, refined feel of alpaca. It can be used on its own for lightweight sweaters, cardigans, shawls and lace accessories, or held together with other yarns to add softness, warmth and dimension to a project.
